The owners of this old house wanted to remodel their kitchen and asked us if we could remove the load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room. Of course, our answer was yes! We moved the the kitchen cabinets and sink to the other side...

This was an extremely outdated kitchen in a south loop loft condo. We decided to remove this dividing wall between the kitchen and living space to create a great room. You can see what a difference this made in the pictures below.
